Your daily routine consists of so many responsibilities that when you are sitting till late in work, it seems normal to cancel that yoga training once again.
When you go hungry in the store, it seems normal to grab not health-friendly products and use the excuse that you will start creating a healthy shopping list someday, but not today, because hunger is too strong and motivation is lost at work.
In the middle of your busy daily routine, you forget to remind yourself of your goals and enter the routine, no longer understanding why you wake up in the morning, go to work, eat and repeat this process day by day.
Today's world is so fast that we often hear others want to have more hours a day.
We would also be very happy to have some extra hours to spend for training, but as we know, there are no plans to make a longer day yet.
First of all, learn to plan your day.
Of course, it's not easy, but almost nothing is easy on a daily basis. It's hard to wake up, it's hard to refrain from snacks, it's hard to train, it's hard to find motivation at the end of the day, but every minute you plan will allow you to use your time productively and solve your difficulties.
For example, give yourself time in the morning. Plan for yourself approx. 10-20 minutes in the morning, to spend just with yourself, drinking a cup of coffee and eating breakfast. After that, the work will go more smoothly, because you will have devoted time to yourself and your thoughts.
Secondly, in the morning fold your day in the plan points. The most important plans you should arrange at the top of the list, secondary plans should be placed at the bottom. If you won’t be able to accomplish something on the scheduled day, move the job to the next day until it is done.
If necessary, buy a scheduler or use mobile applications. Of course, you can keep your daily plan in mind, but visualising and depicting your thoughts in writing can help you get them done faster.
With this method, the lack of time will quickly turn into an efficient use of time, and even if you sometimes want to have more hours a day, it will show that your planning is working.
Often lack of energy can be confused with laziness, so it's best to get rid of both.
When you are planning your day, plan time for rest and accumulate reserve energy to work towards your goals.
If that's not enough, instead of not quite "friendly" snacks, eat a handful of nuts, a bar of dark chocolate, a handful of seeds or anything that will give you a lot of valuable energy and improve your mood, so you will have enough strength to do what is planned even after a long and tiring day at work.

YES, you can get burned, but you learn from mistakes and next time you can do differently, you can do better!
Nothing stops you anymore, except you. You are at the right time and the right place to reach your goals and it almost never means reaching it right away, but doing it step by step.
Almost everyone nowadays has a pedometer available - in mobile applications, smart watches and even sold separately and pinned to your clothes. When you think about your goal, imagine this step counter.
We each have our own goals. Your neighbour has 20,000 steps to reach the goal, you have 50,000, but on the way to reach the tops, there exists the same principle of strength and endurance.
With each step, you become stronger and closer to your goal, and finally reaching those 50,000 steps, you can proudly hoist an imaginary flag at your peak.
And it doesn't matter that your neighbour reached his goal faster and easier.
You are an individual personality and you have your own tasks in life, so stop looking on the right and the left, and ask yourself quietly, "What stops you?" starting an exciting adventure towards your goals.
If lack of time stops you from achieving your goals, you should prevent that. Learn to plan your time!
