Fitness Clubs during Coronavirus

As the Coronavirus is rapidly spreading across the world, people find it harder and harder to get a good workout going. The gyms are all closed up, and personal coaches aren’t allowed to visit you at home. In moments like this, people turn to online sources in order to find the right workout plans to follow at home, often using nothing more than a pair of dumbbells and their own body weight. While it’s perfectly possible (and during these times even encouraged) to build muscle at home and get fit this way, not all fitness websites were created equal. Some of them don’t even work with their clients in person, it’s basically just a list of exercises for everyone to do, despite all having different goals. Imagine 10 people going to the doctor for 10 different illnesses, and he gives all of them the exact same medicine. Would this work for everyone? Probably not, right?
That’s where we’re different; although the Coronavirus has made this impossible at the moment, we do believe in building a personal connection with each other. How else will you get a plan that works specifically for you?

 The keys to success

In order to provide the best possible plans for our clients, we have four principles, four keys to success if you will. We adhere to all of them when designing your workout plan, in order for you to succeed, and we expect you to do the same. If you forget just one, your entire effort might be a waste of time. That’s something a lot of websites miss out on. We don’t. We’re here for you every step of the way, to make sure you never forget the keys that will guide you to your ideal body.

The first key is the most obvious one, which is to create a plan tailored to your needs and wishes. Where do you start off from, and where do you want to end up? It doesn’t take a genius to know that you need a different workout plan to run a marathon than to add 20 pounds of muscle. Our coaches know exactly what to do in order to get to your goal. All you have to do is trust and follow them.

The second key is to set small goals for yourself so that you can practically see yourself progressing daily. The reason why we do this is because it can be quite hard to keep working out when you can’t see yourself immediately change. By setting smaller goals and challenges, you can see progression even though it might not be visible in the mirror yet.

The third key is to remain consistent for at least two months. That’s right, two months of intense working out. You need to give your body the time to get stronger, leaner or bigger. If you expect to see results in two weeks, you might be doomed before you even start. The good thing is that our coaches don’t give up on you, even if you’re thinking about giving up yourself.

The fourth and last key is to make it challenging. If you finish your workout and you still feel like you could go for a two-mile jog, then you’re bullshitting yourself. If you don’t force your body to grow bigger or stronger than it won’t grow bigger or stronger. Again, we’re here for you. We can help you find your limits and go beyond them.

There are a lot of websites or blogs that promise you fast results with minimal effort. You know they’re lying, but still, you think ‘what if?’. We can save you some time and tell you that it doesn’t work like that. You know it doesn’t. It takes hard work, adhering to our four keys and the guiding of a good coach in order to achieve your goals.

Trust us if we tell you that your ideal body is possible for you, but in those times where you feel like giving up, we’ll be there to keep you on the right path. That’s our guarantee.
